- Production takes approximately 1+ weeks before your order is ready to ship.
Returns & Damages
All prints are custom-made to order and are final sale. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction:
- Damages or Defects: If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it within 14 days of delivery. We will compare pictures of how we sent it with pictures of how you received it to determine how to handle the situation.
- Resolution for Other Issues: For concerns outside of our control, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
